Wednesday Night Fellowship Dinner

  • When: Oct. 1, 2014, 5:30 p.m.    Where: Fellowship Hall

Dinner will be served in the fellowship hall for a cost of $5 per person (free for children 2 and under), which may be paid at the door. At 6:15, Burk Parsons will give a lecture in the sanctuary.

2014 Men's Fall Conference

  • When: Oct. 3, 2014, 6 p.m.    Where: Saint Andrew's Chapel

Join Rev. Mike Francis, pastor of Immanuel Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Deland for "Ambition According to the Gospel." Brochures will be available soon. Please register below, completing one form for each person attending. There will be an optional pre-conference dinner on Friday night at 6:00 pm at Cracker Barrel in Sanford. If you plan to attend the dinner, please indicate this on the online registration form.

Visitor's Reception

  • When: Oct. 5, 2014, noon    Where: Fellowship Hall

All visitors are invited to attend a short reception in the fellowship hall immediately following the second morning worship service. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Saint Andrew's, meet other visitors, our pastors, and some of our elders, deacons, ministry directors, and staff. Light refreshments will be available.

Arts at Saint Andrew's

  • When: Oct. 5, 2014, 5 p.m.    Where: Sanctuary

Organists Josiah Armes and Terry Yount along with the Orlando Collegium present a concert of solos, duos, and ensemble music of Handel, Mozart, Schumann, Durufle, and others.

Ladies' Prayer

  • When: Oct. 7, 2014, 9:30 a.m.    Where: Fellowship Hall

All are invited to our monthly Women of the Word and Prayer on the first Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall.

Salt and Light

  • When: Oct. 8, 2014, 10 a.m.    Where: Room 7/8

Salt and Light is a group for those who are age 62 and up that meets for fellowship, study, prayer, and encouragement on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. We will resume on October 8th. All are welcome to attend. Please contact Lynne Moore for more information.

Who Will Stand?

  • When: Oct. 9, 2014, 6:30 p.m.    Where: Fellowship Hall

All are welcome to attend this quarterly class led by John Barros, who ministers daily to men, women, and unborn children through sidewalk counseling, preaching, and evangelism at the largest abortion clinic in Orlando.

Festival of Psalms

  • When: Oct. 12, 2014, 5 p.m.    Where: Sanctuary

Please join the pastors and the chancel, chamber, and youth choirs of Saint Andrew's Chapel as we explore the beauty and diversity of the Book of Psalms through music, recitation, and prayer.

Teacher Appreciation Dinner

  • When: Oct. 17, 2014, 6:30 p.m.    Where: Fellowship Hall

Children and families, please join us on Friday, October 17th for a special time of fellowship as we say thank you and honor all the teachers at Saint Andrew's Chapel with a covered dish dinner. If you have any questions, please email Stephanie Maughan steph_maughan@hotmail.com. We are asking each family to bring a main family size covered dish. Side salad, bread, and dessert will be provided.

Arts Event: LC Swing Concert

  • When: Oct. 24, 2014, 7 p.m.    Where: Covered Pavilion/Fellowship Hall

Join us for a special evening of big band music under the covered pavilion. Refreshments will be served in the fellowship hall. All are welcome to attend this free event.

Youth Trip: Coast to Coast

  • When: Oct. 25, 2014, 5:45 a.m.    Where: Begins and ends at Saint Andrew's

Youth and their families are invited to join us to watch the sun rise and set on the Florida coasts. Meals will be provided and we will go through a themed Scripture study at different points of the day. The first part of the trip will begin at Saint Andrew's at 5:45 am.  For those who don't want to make the initial trip to the east coast, the chartered bus will depart from Saint Andrew's at 11:30 am. The cost is $12 per person with a $50 family maximum.

Ligonier Audience Opportunity

  • When: Nov. 10, 2014, 10 a.m.    Where: Ligonier Academy campus

Ligonier  Ministries needs audience members for four new teaching series being taught by Drs. Ian Hamilton, Robert Godfrey, and Stephen Nichols. Session times will be 10:00 am-noon and 2:00-4:00 pm on all days. You need not be present for all sessions, but will need to stay for the duration of each session that you agree to attend. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, so please call and leave your name and contact information with the Ligonier receptionist at 407-333-4244.
